Some of the parks we work with

We're proud of the long-term relationships we've built with our customers and the trust they place in us to keep their networks running smoothly.

Lake Dewberry Resort

Tim Rampey, owner, asked us for help. They had a Wi-Fi system from a local company that needed constant reboots of access points to keep it working.

We have 214 RV spaces and 9 cottages so we knew we needed a good system. We had a company install the system we had but we were not getting the best results. We visited with Wifisite and we were convinced that they could provide improved reception for all our guests. They came and changed out the APs and modified our system. After a week we were having more problems than ever. We got in touch with Jan at Wifisite and he sought to fix the problem. It took some days but he then discovered what the problem was--a problem that was not his fault. Once that issue was resolved Wifisite could monitor and fix any problems that might occur remotely. Since that initial problem, everything has run smoothly and we do not have to pay a local tech person (what we were doing prior to Wifisite taking over) and so our savings are substantial. We did have one more need recently. Our fiber came from AT&T and it was extremely expensive ($1,780/month for one gig). The price reflected the fact that it was a dedicated line--the only option in our location. But recently our local electric co-op which also provides Internet brought fiber to our location ($420/month for 2 gigs). I was concerned that the switchover might cause us to lose the Internet for some time. But the local co-op tech simply called Jan when the switch was made and service was interrupted for only a minute. Changes had to be made by Wifisite but they were able to make those changes instantly from their office. I find that amazing but it is a delight that I no longer have to worry about maintaining our system or hiring a local tech, which is an expensive option.

John Carson, owner of Mesa Verde RV park, recently switched to our Wifisite solution.

Earl Peters, owner of Northwood Shores Campground is the first customer in the USA to use our Wifisite solution.
